I'm a breakfast person, so I go narrow and deep when I visit. I don't talk to anyone until I've had my coffee. It's delivered in a carafe, which I greatly appreciate. No need acting like a mad man flagging down the staff for a warm up. Selections are straight forward and delivered promptly. Kids are welcome; and you can say that about every place you might want to go. Want breakfast? Go to Perkins. They've been around for probably as long as you...

I was never asked if I wanted something else. As to not cause an issue in front of my dinner companion. I ate the soup, which was not good to top it off. We left a good tip incase the pool tips but I will never go back to this Perkins Location.

I understand that they are short staffed, however the manager hid in the kitchen and made no effort to explain why nobody was being seated or to apologize for the wait. She left itto her staff to deal with the customers. If they had seated some of the people waiting in that 30 minutes it wouldn't have beenso aggravating. Not acceptable. Definitely will not be back!

We were visiting and had always wanted to try Perkins, but after this experience, I definitely won't be spending my money here again. It felt like the manager had an issue with African American customers, and I also witnessed another customer treating a waiter very poorly. I’m giving one star just to ensure my review gets posted.

They appeared to be untrained... read more I recently visited this Perkins, which I remember as a once-decent restaurant, and I was appalled by the rude and unhelpful staff. They appeared to be untrained and had difficulty even seating me or getting a waitress after I had waited a long time. The hostess actually mocked me when I asked for assistance. What has happened to this place? It feels like it's been overtaken by chaos!

The staff at Perkins East Naples is incredibly friendly and genuinely the best. I absolutely love the Lemon Tilapia! It feels a bit unfair to speak so negatively about hardworking and friendly people. Keep up the fantastic work, Perkins—everything was wonderful! As for the other reviewer, Perkins offers a wide range of options, including spinach, broccoli, carrots, corn, green beans, fruit, salad, and much more.
