Very rude and unprofessional management at this location. Window employee was extremely rude but to top it all off manager Jess was extremely rude not to mention the 30 minutes in line to place my order and another 15 minutes to get to the window only to receive my burger wrong and fries cold. Seems like none of the workers want to be here or work. Same situation happened with my bestfriend in the evening. Managers don’t pay attention to what the workers are doing.Nobody willing to take the right orders. Long wait times on curbside. Whataburger used to be my favorite place to eat. But since the past few months, Im unsure of what happened why it’s going downhill. My friend came in and asked what’s taking so long for her curbside the young boy working in the lobby responded that they were short staffed and people are quitting after the owner changed.
I paid top dollar for a burger from here tonight different than McDonald's or Wendy's. Freaking cold burger. YUCK. Why come here? Might as well go to burger King. Stop being lazy and get your stuff right. You know this community believes and trusts in you. Your slacking WB Murphy Texas
A clean, light and bright favorite gathering place students youth and many couple love to dine in pickup to go. Fast food fast service at rush hours. Corporate unique design and management. Open lobby and dinning room with drive through. Visible location in front of many businesses and food stores. Full easy access parking. Favorite after party lovers.
Probably the worst Whataburger I've been too. I don't know they take so long. It's almost a 30 minute wait with only 1 person ahead of me. It's insane! Once I was stuck in line for an hour, and end up leaving.
