Went in to order dinner to take out and was told the wait would be about 20 minutes for a large pizza and small house salad. The waitress, Nava (spelling), went about her business helping other customers with their take out orders and in house customers. Iget being short staffed, but she never once, after taking our order, checked to see if it was ready, only said to us, Itshouldn 't be long now . All the while 45 minutes had gone by and our order had, in fact, been sitting under the warmer for atleast 20 minutes! Your restaurant was not that busy, so for this lack of customer service is not acceptable to me.
Great food, service so so
Took a friend that has been wanting to go here for the longest time, we finally went Friday!! I had the streak and prawns, the steak was cooked to perfection, it's not often that I can order a streak and it's cooked like I ordered. My friend ordered the brisket plate and the brisket fell apart, rarely does she take leftovers home but she wanted her meal to go!! The service was excellent and prompt and even after getting packed she still made us feel we were her only table. Now I want to try the brunch!! Thank you Backboard Grill!! Btw, your kitchen which is viewable, looked like an amazing team!!
The food is great, but I wish they would reopen.
We absolutely love Buckboard Grill – it's our favorite place for pizza and one of our top picks for entertaining visiting friends. The food and service are consistently outstanding!
