Went thru the drive thru to get a frozen hot chocolate and a 50 pack of munchkins for the kids. 10 miles down the road I opened the box and found that it had no... read more Went thru the drive thru to get a frozen hot chocolate and a 50 pack of munchkins for the kids. 10 miles down the road I opened the box and found that it had nowhere near 50 inside. I stopped and counted, 31 munchkins and sure enough I was charged for 50. Now I could understand getting 46 or 47 on a miscount, but no way they didn't realize how much they were shorting me. No owning up to the fact they didn't have enough and charging me for a 25 count or something else to make it right.Been having issues with Murfreesboro Dunkin locations for the last couple years, on the rare occasions I actually go there. More than 1/2 the time they don't have any doughnuts. Which is interesting because it's kinda what they're known for. Instead they seem to be focusing on other breakfast items, which I've tried and they're never good. Time to get back to doughnuts and coffee, because they aren't good at anything else, honestly they were never great at the doughnuts and coffee either. Get it together Dunkin.

This place has a very small staff that put it together for people like my wife and I in the morning that like to get a cup of coffee or something to eat. Teenage girls and young ladies work here and people do isyell at them and give them bad reviews. They're doing their best. They can't find no help. Dunkin' donut doesn't want to pay.It's not their fault that store on New Salem is doing an outstanding job. Keep it up

When Donuts ???? is in the name of your business, you should have donuts/pastries in stock. I mean I know that DD doesn't make their donuts in-house, they are shipped in fromwhatever bakery makes them. So whoever does the ordering for this store needs to reevaluate how many of what items to order,especially during the weekends! You can't run out or not have items in stock first thing. I was ordering for 3 of us. 2 coldbrew coffees and 2 donuts. They didn't have their featured jack-o-lantern donut they're displaying all over the menu and theydidn't have an apple fritter either. I then asked for another donut and was told they were out of it too. So finally I waslike what donuts do you have in stock? Because I kept naming them and the young lady kept telling me we don't have any of those . It was almost comical but very disappointing. Reevaluate your customer's wants and purchasing habits and stock upya'll. Also whomever you choose to put on the drive-thru make sure they're upbeat and not laboring to take your order. I kepthaving to repeat myself. I'm not a soft-spoken person. I'm pretty clear and loud when I speak.
