We went down to this establishment by going to Montbéliard, because it was noted 2° best restaurant in this city on trip and had very good reviews...What a good... read more We went down to this establishment by going to Montbéliard, because it was noted 2° best restaurant in this city on trip and had very good reviews...What a good surprise...A simple but carefully made kitchen...And what a humility. The waiter comes to apologise for dessert (a thousand-sheet of lemony cream strawberries simple, but very elegantly assembled and delicious.) telling us that the chef is less sweet than salty, but tries to progress... that he reassures the chef and that he continues like that. He understood everything in the kitchen. no dish in the snoring name, but of the technique, of the good products and the love of his work and the respect of his customers...I don't ask for more. We were at the angels.
