I wai... read more The customer service was absolutely terrible. I stood at the front counter and made eye contact with at least three employees, but no one acknowledged me. I waited there for about 10 to 15 minutes, and still, nobody helped me. It was very disappointing. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything like this before.

I ordered the three-piece chicken meal, which included two thighs and a leg, and as always, it was cooked to perfection. I also had a scoop of mashed potatoes with gravy, a warm biscuit, and some coleslaw. The coleslaw here is the gold standard that sets the benchmark for other restaurants. It’s simply the best!

However, I was a bit concerned to see one of the staff not wearing his mask properly over his nose and another worker jumping out the window without gloves on. That said, everyone was very friendly and efficient, and I enjoy this sandwich so much that I didn't feel the need to complain or ask for a refund. I'm fully vaccinated, so I'm not too worried about it.
