Looked great in the case. 2 lbs bacon and 10 filet's.Bacon is just smelled under cured and gross when cooking. We couldn't even eat it. Unfortunately, the bacon is wrapped around the filets....so, well.Beef tasted alright. Had a somewhat of a freezer burn taste. Drove an hour to try it, but will not return. I heard it's great and loved by the locals, but my experience was not satisfactory. Hope yours is better.
