Brianna our server had the worst attitude I almost choked on my food because we didn't have any refills. Managers or owner really need to get the service here together.

We were SO excited to see a Bennigan's again! We were traveling and actually drove out of our way to have dinner in Monahans. Sadly, the Bennigan's we remembere... read more We were SO excited to see a Bennigan's again! We were traveling and actually drove out of our way to have dinner in Monahans. Sadly, the Bennigan's we remembered from years ago wasn't what we experienced. When we arrived, there were a couple of table occupied, no one standing at the front hostess area. We stood and watched a cluster of employees chatting in the back of the restaurant but NO ONE acknowledged us in any way. My husband went to the bar and asked if we could be seated. The bartender called an employee over. This was the start of our very disappointing visit. We were taken to a table with crumbs all over it. No problem, we don't mind wiping it down ourselves...things happen. It took forever to us to get our drinks. Our server was very sweet but not service oriented. The food took around an hour to come. We thought the ticket was misplaced at some point. In their defense, the restaurant did become busier after we were seated. However, it was not THAT busy. When our food finally arrived, it was warm and not hot. Lack luster...nothing to get excited about. Our glasses weren't refilled until we asked for more tea. We watched the young employees stand around and chat while people around us grumbled about lack of service, long wait times, etc. Where is the management? We actually had 3 employees bus the table it was still dirty when they finished next to us and heard the entire conversation about the young girls breakup. Not because we were eaves dropping but because they were so loud. Bad language and personal info that no one wants to hear on a night out. Overall, I'll say it was more of a sad experience. We, like many others, have great memories of Bennigan's. This COULD be a really successful business if they had proper management.

We have chosen this place to lunch because we have eaten at bennigans all the time and enjoyed eating before they have left our opposite. this was definitely no... read more We have chosen this place to lunch because we have eaten at bennigans all the time and enjoyed eating before they have left our opposite. this was definitely not the same quality of food. it came us cold and tasteless. service was sporadic. others came in after we had to wait to be sitting, and no one seemed to be at the front of the house. we saw four or five people in the kitchen area and two or three server, but they all hung in the back of the house. we understand the problems of the kovid and are sympathetic, but when will that be just another excuse?

Very, VERY RUDELY IGNORED us, never even acknowledging she saw us waiting to be seated, let alone asking how many in our party but almost immediately seated a b... read more Very, VERY RUDELY IGNORED us, never even acknowledging she saw us waiting to be seated, let alone asking how many in our party but almost immediately seated a bi racial couple who came in 15 minutes AFTER us !?! the hostess 's actions on 2/12/25 7:30pm appeared to be racially motivated..?? Apparently we were too white to be seated..?!? Bennigan 's Manager needs to train or screen their employees better BEFORE hiring them. WORST EXPERIENCE ANY restaurant!! We left due to the rude treatment. Won 't be back to a racially profiling establishment.
