The quality and freshness of the ingredients are unmatched by any other sushi restaurant I've tried, and I can assure you, I've tried them all in Bologna and the surrounding province. If you like Chinese-Japanese food, I recommend trying it.

Some of us were having all-you-can-eat sushi and others were having Chinese à la carte (I specify this because many restaurants don't offer this). We were very satisfied because the food was good and very fresh, especially the fish. It's just a shame the fried food was too greasy. The place isn't the best; the acoustics are terrible, and with the place packed, it was literally chaotic, and it was hard to talk. Plus, I don't understand why the windows were open and the air conditioning was off (it was scorching hot in the summer), and the service was quite slow even though the waiters were there, and they were actually quite good and friendly. I'll definitely be back because, despite the atmosphere, the food is better than the average in the area.
