The food at this restaurant is always fresh and delicious, and the employees are very friendly. I accidentally dropped my phone outside the restaurant today, and someone found it and turned it in. When I called, they answered and assured me they would hold onto it until I could pick it up. I am so grateful for their kindness and integrity. Thank you, Subway staff! You ladies are amazing! No matter if you're in Canada or the US, Subway locations seem to not honor coupons as written. It seems like typical franchise greed preventing customers from receiving the discounts advertised on their coupons. What is the purpose of printing them if they won't be used correctly? In addition, US locations have recently installed stainless steel barriers behind their glass barriers, making it difficult to see the preparation process. This could result in customers receiving sandwiches with old or spoiled meat. Make sure to check your sandwich before eating, as you may not be able to observe how it was made anymore.
The staff at this restaurant lacks the knowledge on how to properly make sandwiches. I ordered a cold cut combo and received a bologna sandwich instead, with no ham or salami included. They insisted that this is how it is supposed to be made, but I have never had such an experience with cold cut combos before. I suggest going to a different location if you want a real Subway sandwich.
After not eating for several hours, I was extremely hungry and decided to go to Subway for a steak and cheese footlong sandwich. Despite my hunger, the sandwich I received from this location was the worst I have ever eaten. It had a funky and unpleasant taste, and I couldn't believe how low the quality was. I will never return to this particular Subway again. The food also had a strange smell to it, which made the experience even worse. Although I considered asking for a refund, I was already too far away from the location to bother.
This was the most horrible subway I’ve ever been to. The girl working the counter was rude to the fullest extent. She rolled her eyes when I asked for only a little onions, threw the sandwich together in annoyance and was frustrated when I used a gift card. She saw that my daughter had cash in her hand and actually had the nerve to grab it and say give me that! RUDE! She should be fired. Young Indian girl in her 20s possibly? Not only that but there were three hairs in my daughter’s sandwich and the quality of veggies were less fresh then subway standards. I will never go there again. Terrible.
I went in to get a sandwich for myself and kids. The service was prompt, but the girl obviously did not want to be there. I ordered and she went on to make the “meat” sandwiches. Let’s just say there was barely anything in there. Then on to the veggies which were old as heck. You can tell they were sitting for hours. The girl made the sandwich exactly as the menu stated but failed to ask if I wanted additional toppings such as peppers. I pretty much had a red onion sandwich for dinner. You can definitely tell they are cutting their costs but still charging the customers
