I have always liked THIS McDonald's more than ALL the others. But THIS MANAGER is BAD. Front staff were great, very reasonable, extra cordial as they FAR out shined THIS horrific Manager. Even the brand new staff were 100% better. Holiday weekend, snowing outside, and asking for hot water was an issue. HORRIFIC. Very bad taste for a place I used to frequent. Very Sad. Terrible.
