I have visited this restaurant several times, but I do not plan on returning. Today, I placed an online order and was disappointed to find that the guacamole was completely brown and unappetizing. The bowl I received was lacking in flavor and mostly consisted of limp and soggy ingredients.
I would give this restaurant 0 out of 5 stars if I could. We were told that the dishes were made with a variety of ingredients, but it was obvious that they were pre-made behind the counter. Additionally, the employee who served us was incredibly rude to me and other customers. No discounts were offered, and we were charged full price for dishes that consisted mainly of rice and bland toppings. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
We ordered before being seated. The food was good, but the customer service was very poor. Every staff member was abrupt and unfriendly, perhaps they should lower the music so they can better hear customers, especially when they are unable to read lips due to wearing masks.
Obnoxious music playing and cooking swear in the kitchen look at the preparations as if they do not want to visit me inappropriately by preparing food. hard to get good help now.
