My wife and I had our wedding reception catered by Red Chillies because we wanted my family to be able to try Kerala food. We were so happy with the food! The kappa and fish curry was everyone’s favorite. The biriyani was great and had plenty of chicken. Each dish actually was perfect. The restaurant lacked professionalism. Staff shortage leads to long wait times (20-30 min) and not the best dine in experience. The food was mid, a lot of food coloring in everything really. Only disposable utensils and serving were provided, I understand this is a pandemic but at this point I felt it was because a lack of staff. The parotta and gobi Manchuria were good.
