On one side the room is fine and their own beach has a very nice view and swimmingpool. but it’s not clean and there is nobody there to check if everything is okay so all strangers can just go in and out. The staff is really really unfriendly and need a big training of hospitality. The feeling of the staff is not welcome. That’s crazy because this place has a lot of potential. The last words I wanne say is about the Egypt beachbar guy.. go find another job if you hate people because you make our stay the worst ever. Clean the toilet and there was 3 days no toiletpaper. For the money we paid we expect way more quality and friendly service.
