The people are also very friendly and if you don't finish the food you can take a take out.

But it was awkward because instead of the server letting us look at the menu for a bit an order, the server just stood there waiting for us to quickly order. The food was flavourless, expensive and it was not good. I would recomend you to save your money and go some where better.

As with many things in Milan, this restaurant is almost hidden. I mean, there is an outdoor, covered seating area, but I had to actually open door and go inside to see if they were open for lunch or not. We 've been walking around Milan over a few days trying different places and seeing the sights and thought we 'd look for the closest place to our apartment and this was it. It was a Sunday 1pm and the place got a bit busy with a lunch crowd after a while. They have menus in Italian and English. It 's mainly pizza, pasta and Italian fare and the other dishes I saw coming out looked nice. We have Margherita pizza and seafood risotto a beer and water the total came to 24 Euro (inc 4 Euro cover charge) good value I thought. The meals were good size and very tasty and the local tap beer was cold (great on a 30deg day). Staff helpful and could speak English. It 's not really near the 'touristy areas which probably explains the value for money and this is true of most places in the world I guess. It 's not fancy, but good, tasty and value for money.
