They are amazing and fun with my orders, im sure everyone has a different experience, and opinion based on their individual orders and visits, they know my complicated orders very well and have great sense humor they used to be the subway known to be open longer I have traveled hour or so out of my way for this location many times they are amazing with kids and they try to get everything the way it should, they do not handle apps but no location does, and not all locations take the online promos any more there is several that do not, bummer it is but I love driving the extra length for the order made right and get to use my promos , I do scenic visits along the way they are careful with my order and wrap it neat and perfect bagging, never had it done like they do , for our large orders so it was amazing when I came across that extra effort they did..Kid-friendliness: They are very humorous and fun with kids and ready to get along with and make the kids feel important and some times it makes the kid feel like they are the adult making the order and the staff are wonderful with children
Worst subway ever . Tried it twice , won’t go back . They over charge on every Little thing . Kids sandwich with only salami $7 !!! 4 loafs of bread $31!! Seriously you guys are nuts ! No other subway operates like the way you guys do …
Worst service I've ever had. The lady running the register was very rude and opened our sandwiches while touching them with her hands. The kids making sandwiches seemed to be on drugs. They put 3 pickles on a footlong and the lettuce didn't even cover the bread. Just a pathetic
Today I ordered online. I decided to pay the extra .30 cents to get a bottle of coke. I went to pickup my order and they had a small cup sitting next to my bag. Knowing I paid extra I asked them for the bottle. They informed me they didn't have bottles but the cup held the same amount of pop. I explained I paid extra for a bottle and asked if I could get the difference back or a bigger cup, a cookie something to make up for difference. They got the manager Naomi who first lied and said there was no extra cost, when I showed my receipt showing the extra cost she said there was nothing she could do. Being I don't want to donate to subway I asked for a refund for everything as Naomi was not in anyway trying to help solve the issue. Maybe make customers aware you don't have bottled pop or give them an item that makes up for the difference in cost. As Naomi said, you give a small cup whenever someone orders a bottle which means you've litterally been stealing from your customers forever. Sad and bad customer service.
