The customer service is consistently excellent with every visit, and the overall atmosphere is really enjoyable. It's the perfect spot to unwind in the summer. Just a little tip: the portions for the ice cream and snow cones are quite generous, so you definitely get your money's worth. There may be a bit of a wait at times, but keep in mind this is not a fast food restaurant. Please be patient with the staff!

The Huckleberry ice cream was lacking in flavor and needed to be sweeter. Furthermore, the outdoor seating area was not well-maintained, with sticky stains visible throughout. I recognize that there were only a few staff members on duty, but there are certainly areas that require improvement. If they could clean up the space and reevaluate the flavor of their offerings, this place could really become a wonderful ice cream shop.
