I arrived at the restaurant just before 11 to order breakfast, but when I got to the till at 11:05, I was informed that breakfast had already ended at 11. It was frustrating because two employees seemed too shy to take my order on time. I was incredibly disappointed as I had made the effort to come specifically for breakfast. Despite the fact that the man in front of me was able to get his bacon roll, a senior lady was adamant that breakfast was no longer available. Overall, the service was very poor.

The young woman working at the counter was rude and lacked any customer service skills. The coffee was bitter and not very hot, while the hot chocolate was poorly mixed and barely warm. The staff seemed disinterested when they realized we were only ordering drinks. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we would recommend finding another place to go unless you enjoy rude staff and cold drinks.

This cafe is amazing! The atmosphere is welcoming and lively. The coffee is top-notch and the cakes are out of this world. Be prepared to eat a lot because the portions are massive. They offer plenty of gluten free choices and the staff is super friendly.
