The orde... read more As owner of DODB Auto Detailing, we know how important it is to have great customer service. This Dunkin is hands down the BEST in Tallahassee Florida. The order taker, Natalie, is the epitome of customer service excellence. Then to be met at the window toanother cashier who also give us above and beyond service... I didnt catch her name buut she was a young African American womanwith glasses and a vibrant smile. Overall, Our experience was 100/10 and we will be regulars for any and every of our coffeeneeds.

The employees are rude, and there's always a long line because of how slow they are. Don't waste your time here; there are much better options in town!

Yelling at a customer when their order is wron... read more This may be the worst Dunkin' in Tallahassee. The shift leader with short hair exemplifies poor customer service. Yelling at a customer when their order is wrong is not acceptable. If you value being treated with respect, I recommend avoiding this location. Furthermore, I believe Dunkin' needs to address this issue, as someone with such a disrespectful attitude should not hold any leadership or management role.
