We were going to have lunch there as we have done before but when we arrived there we people waiting outside. They said you weren’t open , there was no sign on the door stating hour changes I pulled up the website and told the other people waiting that you now open at 3. Needless to say we were all disappointed and have to settle for something else Please post something on the door so others won’t be waiting outside.... View all feedback.

We usually love Bonefish but this experience left a lot to be desired. We received the wrong side with one of our dishes and waited 15-20 minutes for the correct side to be delivered to the table. My husband and our guest both ordered filets that looked more like ribeyes and were not cooked to their order. Amazing food! Crab cakes were delicious and Hailey was great very nice and patient with us ?
The food was good, but the service was awful. We waited 15 minutes before we even saw a server, and he went to another table. We were finally served, but we had to ask for water several times, and our glasses were not refilled.
Food was great; portions were large. Service was very slow. A half hour passed before the server took our order. Pleasant people, but the pace was much slower than desired.
