This restaurant is fantastic. It is extremely clean and the food is incredible. If you ever have the opportunity to visit, you must try the ribs - they are the best I have ever had. I also appreciate the presence of many Miami police officers who come here to have their lunch, making me feel safer than usual. The open kitchen concept adds to my comfort as I can see my food being cooked.

One day, I randomly decided to have lunch at this restaurant. The menu was smaller than I expected based on what I saw online, but the food we ordered was definitely not disappointing. It seems like a family-run establishment, and the waitress was very friendly. I tried the fried pork with djon djon (Haitian rice) and fried plantains. I had never tried djon djon before and I wish I had discovered it earlier in my life – it was incredibly flavorful. The pork was also well-seasoned and fried perfectly. My girlfriend ordered the same sides but with fried shrimp, and she had no complaints either. She finished her meal quickly.

This is definitely my weekly spot. I work in the area, I can order lunch and have it delivered straight to me from postmates and or UberEat. And after work I can take my girls for a night out, or my casual date nights . I feel as if I can invite my Haitian and American friends together and we all can order different cuisines. I love it there, the outdoor part set the tone for a more private and well spent outing.
