Ruby Tuesday had a concerning cleanliness issue and a musty smell. Upon entering, we noticed the floor was dirty, which set a negative tone for our visit. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations either; we could only manage a few bites. The service seemed inexperienced, as I had to wait for the mashed potatoes, and when they finally arrived, they were cold and appeared to be from a box. Overall, we weren't impressed and won't be returning.
Do not order Blackened Tilapia.It is definitely not Blackened which is suppose to be seasoned and put in a cast iron pan.As you can see in picture it looks baked and never touched a cast iron pan.Obviously they don't know what a blackened cook is.So do not order!!
