Disappointed is an understatement. My $9 bacon burger had half a slice of bacon and the added mushrooms were 2 slices, literally half a small mushroom. The meat was dry and poor quality too. I couldn 't believe how much they charged for such apathetic offering. And then another $5 for average fries. It was $50 for 2 adults and a kid. I would have gotten much bettertaste and quality at McDonald 's for a third of the price. Wish I had gone to McDonald 's and regret giving this place a try. Iwill be contacting corporate.

I craved to eat here again, but after my last visit I don't feel like returning back. The quality and service on my last visit was poor. I paid $13 for a little hamburger with the meat overcooked,and the fries were overly salty. I was disappointed withthe experience.

Ludi is absolutely amazing!!! There was no strawberry shake but she went above and beyond and found some on the back for me! Great service!!! Please give this girl a promotion!

The food is good but not spectacular. The staff are friendly. It is expensive to eat here especially for a family of 2 or more. Each item on the menu is a la carte meaning there are no combos like in any other fast burger chain restaurant. This particularlocation is located in midtown which is very busy and difficult to find parking sometimes. Honestly, I would skip eating here.
