The staff here is really friendly, and the menu options are impressive. The wine selection is good, but I suggest taking a look at the bottles and splits before deciding on the wine on tap. The food menu is excellent and fairly priced. My husband and I have also been able to bring our well-behaved toddler with us a few times, and the staff has gone out of their way to ensure he has plenty of crackers to snack on.

The friendly atmosphere created by both the staff and patrons, along with a variety of interesting wine selections and price ranges, makes it a great spot. They offer a delightful array of small plates like meats, cheeses, nuts, olives, flatbreads, and truffle popcorn. It's often easy to find a reasonably priced bottle to share with friends, even after factoring in the corkage fee. I've also purchased bottles to enjoy at home that I haven't encountered anywhere else—most recently, a delightful Spanish Brut Rosé Cava called Dibon. It's a wonderfully refreshing bubbly. Overall, this place provides a relaxing environment for meeting up or chatting with fellow bar-goers. With plenty of comfortable seating and great views of the surrounding area, Ruby Tap feels welcoming, offers quality wines at competitive prices, and is refreshingly unpretentious.
