Wendy's - Mentor-on-the-Lake

I ordered a large double combination along with another menu item, and this is what I received for my sizable fries. I always request my fries without salt because they tend to put too much on them. When I started eating this SMALL portion of fries, they were still salty.

The manager mentioned that there were over 10 people waiting inside, and that the drive-thru was located at Walgreens. The place was dirty and disorganized. It’s a waste of time to go there.

Terrible service – Wendy's should really be embarrassed. There were 10 employees inside, yet the dining room was closed, with hours changing every day. They were also unhelpful to a truck driver who couldn't use the drive-thru. I'd much rather spend my money at the closed Burger King next door than at Wendy's.

They do not have salate and tomaten, so that everything is just a simple burger or cheeseburger, but the prices are still the same. funny as they do not notice how important they are until they are not there

When I meet wendys, the mentor-on-the-Lake store is where I go. from large service to fresh food, this location offers all the other fast restaurants in the opposite!
