The owners reached out to apologize and explained that it was a staff-related problem, which I completely understand. So, I am updating my rating to acknowledge that the other meals were fine. Everyone else enjoyed their warm food, and aside from the small portion of fries they received, everything else met their expectations. Thank you for your response, Clark.
