The food and service at this location has been reliably good every time I’ve gone. I recommend this Red Lobster.

The ‘not really a reservation’ on open table surprised me, and we were seated about minutes after we got there, which was ok for New Years. Drink order taken right away, but then nothing on the table, not even water for min. The waiter had an issue (not his fault) with a very large table, and did get another waiter to take our table. Sill took more minutes to get our drinks, but we were patient. The food was very good except overdone steaks, which we were compensated I just kept wondering where management was, and why they weren’t helping out more.

My partner and I were waiting in line to check in at the restaurant, but it seems the host overlooked us and seated the two couples behind us first. It would be helpful if the staff received additional training in this area.

The food and table service was very good. Utilizing the app to reserve a table did absolutely nothing to expedite our wait. The hostess said it simply put us on her wait list in the same manner and time frame as walking in off the street. Essentially using it was a waste of time. This has not been the case when using the app at other establishments. Ultimately I don’t know if was a training issue with the staff member or Red Lobster’s policy.

The food and service at this location has been reliably good every time I’ve gone. I recommend this Red Lobster.

Average Red Lobster, average service. They keep the place cold so you might want to bring a sweater or a jacket. I got Walt's Favorite Shrimp and Shrimp Scampi with a baked potato and the house Caesar Salad. Everything was good, although a little moresalad dressing would have been nice. It's too bad that they didn't have diet coke.

I had an amazing experience! I ordered takeout through Postmates and called the restaurant to request no whipped cream on my dessert and BBQ sauce for my mac and cheese. When I arrived, my order was perfect and ready to go. I even asked them to warm up my brownie, and they kindly obliged. The food was fantastic, and the ice cream was perfectly frozen. I usually avoid takeout because I often have bad experiences, but I won’t hesitate to order from here again! Every member of the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which was refreshing to see!

We received our meals with undercooked baked potatoes. When we brought this to our waitress's attention, she promised to get us properly cooked ones. After waiting 10 minutes while our shrimp dishes became cold, we still had no potatoes. Finally, we decided to leave when the manager approached us to ask what the issue was. Upon explaining the potato situation, she informed us that there had been a shortage of baked potatoes and that the new batch wasn't ready yet. The waitress had assumed we could eat our shrimp while we waited, but I prefer not to eat my meals in that way, and I doubt many others do either. The manager kindly offered to replace the entire meal, but by then, the experience had completely diminished my appetite. We left a tip for the waitress and departed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at what used to be a fantastic restaurant.

The Red Lobster in Medford offers a pleasant dining atmosphere in both the restaurant and bar. The staff was excellent and the food was enjoyable. While the stuffing beneath my fish was a bit too mushy for my taste, the fish itself was delightful, and you can't go wrong with those buttery biscuits!

I visited today hoping for a nice experience, but it was quite disappointing. There were three adults at our table, and they only served us four biscuits without offering any additional ones.

The lobster tails were tough and rubbery, and at $45, I ended up taking most of it home for my dog. The other dishes were decent, but the chowder was the standout for both my husband and me.

The food, drinks, and service were truly outstanding! The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Our waiter, Carl, delivered exceptional service and was consistently attentive!

This restaurant is in need of some support. My waitress was incredibly overwhelmed and struggled to keep up, yet she managed to keep my cup filled the whole time. She was truly impressive; I honestly felt like stepping in to help her. The food was hot and tasty. If I could, I would give her a $100 tip just to encourage her to take a moment for herself.
