Safety... read more Every staff member from my first phone call to check out was professional, friendly and very helpful. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. Safety: I never once felt in fear for my safety any where on the hotel grounds. Food drinks: The restaurant has many great choices for both food and drink. I loved that they had a continental breakfast with lots of choices. Everything I ate there was good. Noteworthy details: The Pool and two Jacuzzi's were amazing. They also have a gym and Sauna. Food drinks: Since we come from California, where cheese curds are not on the menu, we ordered these from everywhere we ate. The front desk staff and the restaurant team were all exceptional, but one waitress really made a lasting impression on me. She was the highlight of my experience, and I regret not remembering her name. She provided excellent service to all seven of us at the table. Initially, I tipped her $10 that night, but when I returned the next day to get to my truck, I felt she truly deserved more, so I gave her an extra $30. I just wish I could remember her name.

Unfortunately, we couldn't use the outdoor pool dur... read more The hotel is pristine and exceptionally clean. The staff is wonderful, and the hot breakfast is outstanding. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the outdoor pool during our visit in November, but it looked beautiful, and I look forward to enjoying it next summer.
