Was Dominique Nguyen at Albert Cafe a mag?
This cafe is part of the New Hotel Bombard. We found it almost by accident, off the beaten track. They have a quiet inner garden with a nice terrace. They offer quality food for a reasonable price. Good service, friendly staff. View all feedback.

What Bérengère Morel dislikes about Albert Cafe:
In addition to the frame, as much as the kitchen, were remarkable; in September I went back and there: great disappointment! Entrance: the bread of the bagel is hard, the salad barely fresh, the truite of low quality. Plates: the caesar salad: 4 pieces of tomato, some green salad, industrial sauce poured over it; fortunately the chicken is crunchy; for the other dish, a wok of Chinese noodles and fresh vegetables, I... As part of our stay at the New Hotel Bompard, we decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel compound. The Albert cafe was a surprisingly tasty experience. They have an extremely limited menu but in my opinion, that is the best way to go. We shared an entree and had a main each with a bottle of wine and it was cheaper than what we would have paid in the city.being in the hotel compound, it was pretty quiet, which was a good change to the hustle on the city streets. Subtle lighting and open skies made it a great 'date night' for us, and the best part was, it was within 50 metres to our room.If you end up staying at the hotel, do give this place a try.

The good news when staying at the New Hotel is the Albert is the restaurant. Menu is limited but if you are a business traveler it works. Wait staff is highly attentive due to the small size of the restaurant and the staff. Wine list is limited but again remember road warriors- this is a hotel to keep you from trekking into town and in that regard it works and works well

Plates: the caesar salad: 4 pieces of tomato, some green salad, industrial sauce poured over it; fortunately the chicken is crunchy; for the other dish, a wok of Chinese noodles and fresh vegetables, I see arriving a dish of spaghetti, very good juice though very fat, and 10% of vegetables... The waitress justifies by this is the end of the season the leader is exhausted ... The prices remain very high, especially in relation to the benefits... Very disappointed.
