I ended up with only chips because the pizza sub was so soggy that it fell apart completely. When I called to express my concerns, I was informed that this is how they prepare the sub, which I found surprising given that it cost $10.00—definitely an expensive bag of chips! The person I spoke to on the phone did not offer a refund or even apologize for the sub's condition; they just kept insisting that this is the standard way of making it. I explained that I have ordered pizza subs before, and they’ve never been like this.
