Love th... read more He made a quick stop from our way back Mount Mitchell and great banners that says 24 flavors of soft serving was enough to stop us and we wanted to try. Love the variety they have and how they do not serve too sweet, as with other soft ice cream. Even my parents in the law tried it when we told them less sugar. The best part is its cost friendly. Would like to stop next time and try other flavors.

I have not seen any of the older women who usually work there every year, hopefully how the season goes to work on the girls will prefect their shake skills. Another great place for your ice cream fix though

Despite the hot weat... read more While visiting Little Switzerland, NC near Marion, my wife and I discovered Dots Dario while looking for a cool treat to enjoy in the heat. Despite the hot weather, we decided to go with scoop ice cream instead of soft serve, and we were impressed by the variety of flavors available. My wife loved the low sugar pecan ice cream, and I enjoyed the dark chocolate raspberry truffle - both were delicious! The cozy atmosphere of the building and the welcoming staff enhanced our visit, making it a delightful experience that we would happily do again.

It may be a bit on the expensive side, but the quality is definitely worth it. We always manage to find a reason to swing by just for a little indulgence. Treat yourself and give them a chance. We particularly suggest trying their waffle cone selections.
