The workplace is rife with bullying from other employees (who are non-UK nationals). If you try to stand up for yourself, you are quickly shot down. Overtime is not optional; you are expected to work it. The entire operation is disorganized. Drivers transporting items from the dry store to the factory seem unaware of proper loading safety practices; nothing is secured, and pallets are poorly loaded to one side. View all feedback.
