To to... read more We were served tuna ice scramble, which was quite something. The staff was rude, and when we asked if they needed anything else, the sarcasm was palpable. To top it off, they turned off the air conditioning despite it being hot, just to rush us out. We were only trying to enjoy an hour of catching up together. My husband even overheard them saying it was intentional. We've enjoyed Max's in the past, but this branch is a disappointment. I also reached out to customer service, but I've yet to receive a response. Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
