Really good food and great service. I’ve been looking for a good Mediterranean restaurant since moving to St. Louis 3 years ago and this is the first one to taste authentic and delicious. Everything we tried was perfect! View all feedback.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food and service was excellent. Go and experience the middle eastern and Mediterranean food close to home. The food is full of flavor and well worth the experience. Everyone in our group got something different and every dish was delicious. If you ever wandered about trying Middle Eastern cuisine go here, they will not disappoint. It is a small intimate restaurant playing middle eastern music. And on Fridays they have a belly dancer that provides entertainment for customers. It's great for a date night or small group.
What can I add to this place that hasn 't already been said. What a great place. I mean truly, what a great place. I don 't know why this place isn 't busier other than at peak times, Friday and Saturday during dinner time. There is hardly a soul at lunch and I can only image that Fridays and Saturdays are what are making money enough to keep this place afloat.I wish beyond wish that they had a lunch menu. Their portion sizes are more than adequate and for lunch it 's almost too much but you are still paying dinner prices, they only have one menu. As mentioned before then have live entertainment on Fridays. First Friday of the month they have a belly dancer. The other Fridays....I think they have live music? I 'm not sure, I never go there at the busy times. The food is amazing. I normally always get the shawarma because they do it right. It 's not the 'fast food ' version of a shawarma, this is a well put together, not falling everywhere, pressed type of shawarma.I 've had other dishes that I can 't quite recall at this time but all have been very good. The decor is.....odd. It 's a black and white motif and it doesn 't really scream Mediterranean. It 's sort of a fancy cloth table cloths but covered with plastic, casually stringed up seasonal sort of decor here and there, serving drinks from cans with a glass of ice. I should deduct a star for that in my review. This last paragraph. And I do mean they serve drinks from a can. Cloth table coverings but you get a can of diet coke or a bottle of ice tea. It just doesn 't make sense. Anyway, a weird review for you to consider, different than all the others posted, I hope this helps convince you to go and give this place a try, I hope this helps Rozanna maybe think about making a few changes. At least go back to fountain soda. You couldn 't have been losing that much more money on that vs cans. Cans are better left for fast food places. (actually even fast food doesn 't serve things in cans)cheers!
Saint Louis is fortunate in having this restaurant. Truly authentic and wonderfully prepared Middle Eastern cuisine. Took me back to so many wonderful culinary moments I had growing up in the Middle East. I recommend wholeheartedly!
