Started going here a few months ago, generally I go once a month for the lunch buffet. The chinese food portion of the buffet is probably one of the best ones I've gone to over the years. The rest of the buffet is not good so stay away from any part that isn't chinese food it's gross. Good service and very fair prices, again the chinese food on the buffet has always been fresh and it's like eating a regular sit down... View all feedback.

Honestly, dining at this restaurant was either cold or tasty. The prices have increased since COVID, which is understandable, but I was surprised when the waitress asked for tips when presenting the bill. Also, they only accept tips of up to $5. I recommend going to Methuen in Massachusetts for a better dining experience and food. View all feedback.
I typically don't like to leave negative reviews, but the waitress at this restaurant really soured the experience for me. It was a Wednesday afternoon, so I tried to take that into consideration. The food at this buffet was pretty standard Chinese fare. Highlights included the fried rice, ravioli, broccoli, pineapple bites, orange chicken, and egg rolls. However, the paprika beef, American options, tangerine, and most other dishes were either dry, not fresh, or empty. The food itself would have warranted a 4-star rating, but the service really brought it down. The waitress seemed to be in a rush and was quite rude. She made me feel uncomfortable when it came time to pay, demanding I pay immediately and then glaring at me for a tip after I left a generous one. Her behavior was unacceptable and really tainted my overall dining experience. I wanted to give this place a low rating, but the food was decent and hopefully others can still enjoy it on a different day.

So the first time we had a bad experience when the manager stopped us on our way out and yelled at us. We decided to give it a second chance today, but then she walked by our table and complained that our food was cold while we were eating. The restaurant itself is good for dining, but the unnecessary complaints from the manager were obnoxious and foolish.
I have to admit, I'm a buffet lover in my heart. I know many abhor the thoughts of open food containers, regardless of the smoked but I can look by unless I see something terrible. added, hot food fresh, tasty, turned, safe, etc. to keep is a large order that always leads to much waste every day, and restaurants must strategize to avoid excessive waste by the pursuit of food, restaurant traffic, etc. I was half a dozen times at the most common buffet with different levels of satisfaction. it's what it's like they say. but this last week I went there for a quick workday lunch, mostly sought egg foo young, just to find that they are a little scraped on the buffet, and no gravity; not good, but definitiw not, why I give them 2 stars. I switched geared and made other choices of both directed I was familiar and unfamiliar with. I have probably tried a dozen or more offers just to find 1-2 of them. they were either cold, clean (flavor-wise), or in some cases only exposed. for the first time I left myself angry and slightly nasty when I was eating that I ate, checking and how it felt. $22.00 with top is not chop house money, but it should be a decent lunch, and not one that force them to leave more food on their teller than they want to eat. not sure if I ever try them again.
We went for the buffet today at 1155 am.. they open at 11 so we thought the food would be good. It looked amazing and it smelled good.. The problem was that most of the food was cold. I am not talking Luke warm, I mean cold.. specifically the boneless ribs, lomein, and chicken fingers and teriyaki. Which basically means we were eating cold leftovers. When we told the waitress she got nasty, at this point we decided we did not want to wait for them to make new food and told her that we were not paying because we had not eaten.. She made us pay for our child and drinks.. even though she only ate 4 bites and we didn't drink any of our sodas. I will never go back.
