I have travelled to nearly every state in the country, and I have eaten BBQ in each, and The Bone is by far the best. In Plato?s ?The Cave? it is said that there is a perfect version of everything, and everything we create here on earth is just a crude attempt to recreate that divine object. BBQ Po Boy and Mac n cheese- so yummy! Nachoswere so good with homemade cheese sauce too!! We will definitely be back! The staff is so friendly too! Thank you for some trueBBQ!

I have travelled to nearly every state in the country, and I have eaten BBQ in each, and The Bone is by far the best. In Plato?s ?The Cave? it is said that there is a perfectversion of everything, and everything we create here on earth is just a crude attempt to recreate that divine object. Well, Ihave it on good authority that the divine had to consult the pit master at The Bone to develop the divine version of ribs.Incidentally, given that necessary separation between the earthly and the divine, the pit master was told that The Bone couldnot remain perfect?.so that is why The Bone is closed on Mondays.
