If i was a rich man i would eat here every day. unfortunately i am not so i’m limited to the occasional treat. price is perfect for what you get don’t get me wrong. atmosphere is as expected from a local family run restaurant. definitely one of my favorites. i get the chicken pita every time, but devoured it before i remembered to take a picture so attached is my #cleanplateclub

A quaint little cafe with pretty good Greek offerings. Very clean, and very polite staff. Not too many Greek places in Vermont, so we'll likely be coming back.

Had the most delightful experience at Cafe Mediterraneo. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly set the tone for our evening. Special thanks to Domenic, Deborah, Ava, Yvonne, and Emily for going above and beyond to make our Valentine's Day dinner unforgettable. Despite a mistake on our end with the reservation, they graciously accommodated us and ensured that we had a wonderful dining experience.The ambiance of Cafe Mediterraneo is charming and inviting, with cozy seating and tasteful decor that transports you to the Mediterranean coast. The menu offers a delectable array of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, each expertly prepared with fresh, flavorful ingredients. We started our meal with the bruschetta, which was bursting with vibrant flavors and served on perfectly toasted bread. For our main course we had a gnocchi dish with house made sauce and chicken Marsala , a true masterpiece of culinary artistry.To top it all off, we enjoyed a decadent dessert special of the night a strawberry cake that was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Throughout our dining experience, the staff at Cafe Mediterraneo provided impeccable service, ensuring that every aspect of our evening was flawless. I can't recommend Cafe Mediterraneo highly enough (we come everytime we’re in Portsmouth) for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable dining experience in Portsmouth.
