We had a 6–7 course tasting menu, and several dishes stood out for their originality. That said, a few plates felt slightly overpowered by mayonnaise, at least to my taste. Unfortunately, the service was quite underwhelming. The staff came across as a bit rude, which took away from the overall experience. To make matters worse, we noticed a cockroach crossing the kitchen ceiling, and no one from the staff seemed to address it, which was concerning. Overall, despite the quality of the food, the experience didn’t justify the price. I wouldn’t return, especially considering there are several stronger options within Mercado de Vallehermoso.
