Great food, great service, lovely portions, great prices. I come here often as the food is really good and the service is great. I feel very welcome here
I grew up eating Lebanese and Mediterranean food at home and have been around the block when it comes to the restaurants serving it. Ebla has a quaint little terrace nearby a couple of movie houses on a pedestrian street. No complaints there whatsoever, nor with the place itself, but when the food arrived it was a bit of a letdown. Ordered a platter of falafels to share, you get 4 of them (yep, 4) and as with many international foods done the spanish way , there was just something odd about the whole thing. The texture was a bit off, kinds spongy and their flavor also strayed from authenticity. All of them covered in this white sauce, not quite Tahini, I didn 't even bother to ask but...guys...stop it with the covering everything in white sauces/creams, I mean generally speaking here in Spain. Next came the brochette of Shish Kebab. A skewer of limp peppers and onions and small bits of slightly dry and discolored meat. I 've seen other tables dishes and must admit some of them (tabouleh, other saldas) looked quite nice, but this....this was an epic failure of a kebab. Both dishes came with a small helping of hummus, a tad on the soupy side and just enough to each get 2-3 bites at most with some pita bread, really skimpy on the portions. Service was ok. Server had this Harley biker look, or like he could be in a Motorhead tribute band but he was quite nice. I 'd go again as I like that street and its atmosphere, but I 'll definitely order something else.
Good casual place to relax with a light bite and drinks. Sit out on the sidewalk and people watch. Middle Eastern food
The food was very tasty especially the baba ghanoush. Service and seating however was a bit chaotic and uncomfortable.
