Thank you to the WWW, I found this absolute gem just down the road from our hotel. Fabulous welcome on our first night, fantastic service from Marcus and the team, delicious food and just the right portions. A relaxing, yet elegant interior and wonderfully and tastefully decorated. We loved it so much the first night, we went back for our last night in Madrid. Marcus, thank you for your wonderful service, your friendly and attentive service and if and when we come back to Madrid, we’ll be back. May business continue to be strong and successful. In all these days we ate at some fine res... read more My wife and I have been traveling in Spain for 12 days prior: in Barcelona, Alicante, and the last few days in Madrid. In all these days we ate at some fine restaurants, but the experience at Adrede surpassed them all. The tapas we ordered were delicious, but what really made this an excellent experience was the friendly and fun service we received from the two wait staff members Oscar and Marco. They helped us through the menu, joked with us in English, and Marco was kind enough to pour us a complimentary glass each of Moscetto with the dessert we ordered. Other reviewers have described this as a neighborhood gem and I would agree 100%.
