Caffe B is a casual Italian bistro located at the Lake View Mansion building facing Nam Van Lake on the Macau peninsula. Opening hours are 12pm to 10.30pm (daily). We ate here recently and were very happy with our meal. The bistro is casual and comfortable, a good place for date nights, a night out with the family or friends. Service is friendly and timely. They have a nice range of wines and a menu focused on a handful of traditional Italian dishes. On the occasion we tried their four cheese pizza that was very nice. Oval-shaped with nice crust, baked well, slightly firm and able to hold the quality cheese with herbs. It was a very good pizza, easily one of the very best we 've found in Macau over the years. We also had the swordfish, which was grilled nicely and served with black olive sauce, cherry tomato, asparagus and arugula. This was a nice fish order, as was the Sicilian Cassata dessert, a nice cold serving packed with mixed dry nuts. This was a good semifreddo style dessert. Overall we really liked our meal at Caffe B. This is an 'off the beaten path ' bistro and place for those looking for a relaxed quality Italian meal during trips to Macau.
They spoiled my pasta (too salty) and didn't offer any compensation. I just paid for pasta impossible to be eaten. Pumpkin soup was super (truly speaking).
