Watch the bill carefully. My experience and that of other reviewers is that Itaka systematically cheats foreign visitors.. I was with Ukrainian friends and came twice. First bill was 25% high. Second time the waiter substituted a whiskey twice as expensive as I ordered with no discussion. When they add items to the bill, they can be deleted. When they upgrade your drink selection, there is no easy recourse. Good floor show justifies high drink prices. Food is less expensive. Service otherwise attentive. I will not go back. p.s. Water is more expensive than Coke!

We had to provide multiple reminders for things we were waiting on. Our drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive (one beer and a bottle of wine). Food portions were tiny and overpriced (seafood pasta and ribeye). The ribeye steak came with ketchup and no sides. Everything arrived cold. Wine is only served by the bottle. I am a wino so I had to order an entire bottle.

I visited Itaka Beach Club and rented one of the VIP beds, the curtains dont stay closed as they have them back to front after they had been removed, so the vel... read more I visited Itaka Beach Club and rented one of the VIP beds, the curtains dont stay closed as they have them back to front after they had been removed, so the velcro was in the wrong places. The mattress could do with a wash (although they do place a towel over the top). I went to order a bottle of wine from the menu (which had 10 or so different types) only to be told “we only have 2 available” and of course they happen to be the most expensive ones. I ordered a bottle of water and the waitress tutted and said “is that all”. About 20 minutes later she came over again and said that it was time to pay the bill. The day before I went to Ibiza Beach Club next door and you get the bill at the end so they keep a tab for you, this is much better. The pool area is smaller than Ibiza as well.

All until I tried to communicate with a body guard only said No no no and physically PUSHED ME AWAY! Waitress service was ok! Could 've been a great night, but was bummed by the HUGE rudeness of 1 !! PHYSICAL contact is never acceptable to a lady not causing problems
