Eventrestaurant Hölschenkeller

We were there for cones incl. Dinner ala cart logged in. The greeting was friendly and all the good moods. The beverage order worked very well. The bowling alley was a highlight. Badly waited, the balls dusty, the electronics mostly defective, the bowl needed urgently overhauled. The food when it came after 2 hours at all was partly cold, the cheese burned and some got no food. The restaurant should be full and guests in the restaurant area are served primarily. Cone guests don't have the right to eat. There was a hot discussion with the boss who was completely overwhelmed. Shame! It could have been a nice evening. We will no longer book this facility.
