Although we had a reservation at 7:30 they already ran out of most fish. Other options were very small portions (compared to a fish). Absolutely not worth the money.

I hadn't read the reviews which was unusual for me but th... read more We were at the Palace for the spa and because of the rain we decided to stay for dinner at the Marlin. I hadn't read the reviews which was unusual for me but the spa, hotel and bar experience were top notch so I had confidence going to the restaurant. What a treat! We were early 6:00 pm so there was only one other table occupied. We received world class service from Livia who was attentive and professional. The presentation is part of the experience. The fish are brought to the table uncooked on a silver tray for you to inspect the freshness. We chose the sole. Livia recommended the champagne sauce and a side (the one with cheese) I don't recall the name of it. Livia plated the fish at the table and was very skilled. Amazing, delicious meal. From appetizer,bread, main course to dessert it was magnificent!!! It was expensive but well worth every cent! I will be back when I return to Switzerland.
