It was incredible. We had such a wonderful evening. The dinner was incredibly extensive and generous and still perfectly paced. There were a huge amount of surprises from the kitchen that we didn't expect. The service was wonderful and attentive and the kitchen delivered absolutely spectacular food. The three little aperitifs were so good we thought the meal had already started only to be surprised by the fact that they hadn't even started show yet. The wine parings were harmonious and surprising. We loved every second! Laid back, uncomplicated and down to earth. What a restaurant! Deserving of their star and much much more! Thank you!

I loved seeing the solid teamwork in action, with some of the chefs personally bringing out their creations. The menu is wonderfully creative, and it wasn’t just the courses that impressed us, but also the pre- and post-dinner treats- each one delightful and delicious. Hearing the inspiration behind the desserts was such a treat as well. We also had the pleasure of trying both the vegan and non-vegan menus, and it was so fun to see how each dish was thoughtfully adapted from meat to vegetables.

Wonderfully tasty and flavoured dishes, beautifully created, professional service and overall very enjoyable atmosphere we loved it here, thank you!

Oscar De Matos creates veritable explosions of taste that touch all senses. Just wonderful. The menu was one of the best I ever had. The 6 creations were nice to see and super delicious. The service team is very friendly, well trained via the menu and preparation methods. It was a perfect evening in Maihöfli. Bravo!
