Luton Fish
Luton Fish
Description
Recent experiences at a local fish and chip shop have drawn contrasting opinions from patrons. While some hail the establishment as a culinary staple, praised for its fresh and flavorful dishes, others report a worrying decline in quality, citing cold food and unpleasant service. Loyal customers express disappointment over incorrect orders and unresponsive staff, while new patrons remark on cleanliness and decent portion sizes. The restaurant's reputation remains divided, leaving potential diners to weigh a mix of glowing reviews against cautionary tales of inconsistency and underwhelming fare. For now, the search for the perfect fish and chips continues.

Salt and vinegar sprinkled over chips truly enhance the flavour, while a side of curry sauce or gravy takes your meal to a whole new level – and we can't forget about mushy peas. This British classic side is made from dried peas which are soaked overnight with baking soda, then simmered with sugar. The food was excellent and perfect in every way.
Wow what a burger. Big fresh tasty, all the salad was fresh no grease at all in the burger. Tasted anazing. Well worth the money
Total rubbish and then they have the cheek to ask for an extra £2.00 delivery charge!!! Food rubbish, not fresh refried, and refried chips probably from the day before. Rude, arrogant and obnoxious staff. AVOID at all costs!!!
I used to give this restaurant 5 stars, but recently I have noticed a decline in the quality of the food. Despite this, I continued to use them because I am a loyal customer. However, tonight's meal was extremely disappointing. The portion size was small, the quality was lacking, and the order was incorrect (I ordered 2 large doner kebabs with salad). When I called to address the issue, the staff were unapologetic and mentioned that since it was a JustEat order, I should contact them instead. This was frustrating, as JustEat is not responsible for cooking or preparing the food, that is the restaurant's job. Unfortunately, I will need to find a new fish and chip shop, despite having spent nearly £300 here since January.
