The Green Cafe must have one of the best settings for a food establishment anywhere in the UK, right next to the River Teme, adjacent to Dinham Bridge and

Wonderful setting with great locally sourced food. Our favourite special lunch place particularly when the sun shines.

The Green Cafe is situated in a beautiful location next to the River Teme, near Dinham Bridge and Ludlow Castle in the UK. During our visit, the sun was shining, and customers were enjoying snacks and drinks at the takeaway counter or relaxing on the patio. The small interior accommodates around 25 guests, so booking a table is recommended. The menu changes regularly to showcase seasonal ingredients. I ordered a delicious omelette with salad, accompanied by a refreshing rhubarb and apple drink. My wife tried the penne pasta with tomato sauce, which was slightly bitter. We also indulged in the lemon yoghurt polenta cake and the coffee cake, with mixed reviews - the polenta cake was light and flavorful, while the coffee cake was overly sweet. Overall, the restaurant offers some standout dishes in a picturesque setting next to the weir. We look forward to returning for lunch in the future.

I agree with the previous review: this restaurant may appear to be a regular cafe, but it is actually a hidden gem. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the location is beautiful. Additionally, the prices are reasonable.
