Marco's Pizza - Valdosta

Tried the Fiery Pizza it was so good great customer service .

Came at 10:20 in the evening and the open sign lit up but the doors are locked and employees are sitting around inside. We drove thirty minutes because google currently says that they are open on Sundays until 11pm. The manager said sorry and have a good night.

We booked the party room for my daughter’s first birthday and it was a great experience! It came with tables and chairs and was very spacious! They helped us set the tables up and the service was great! I highly recommend and would definitely book again!

I was a walk in today. As I waited for my food preparation, I noticed 4 people preparing food and none had gloves on. One person wiped the sweat from his forehead with his shirt and then proceeded handling fresh food. I questioned with the order taker of them not wearing gloves and she said they did not have to because they washed their hands. About 5 minutes later, two of the four food prep employees, put gloves on. Will not use this facility again.

Ordered over the phone with a rude seemed unprofessional who answered the phone, I asked if they delivered to me they repeated my address got my card information asked for a tip, then completes order to then call me 30 minutes later to tell me they won’t deliver to me that I can come pick it up or they will refund my money which would take 2-3 days to get back. I have a child in bed asleep at this point so I could not come pick it up. I send my mother to get the food, we were hungry obviously.. for them to be rude to her about pick up. And of course by the time the food gets home it’s cold and gross. This place used to be awesome now I will never recommend or go back. SMH.
