Was Anonym at Kfc a mag?
It was a KFC, so I expected the usual. The place was clean and tidy, including the restrooms. The young girl who brought our food to the table was friendly, and we experienced minimal waiting time. I gave it only 4 stars because, first, the app screen we initially used didn't work properly, so we eventually switched to the other one once it was available. The chips were shockingly cooked. Chicken was fine but had many bones. Staff OK. Poor value however compared to the often excellent food at a Wetherspoons. There is one near the Lowestoft railway station. View all feedback.
I ordered the Christmas special burger, and it was hot, fresh, and tasty. The staff were polite as usual. The restaurant seems to be a tale of two halves - excellent during the day, but in the evening or night, it's slow with poor food quality. I recommend going during the day to enjoy your experience more.
We arrived at the restaurant at 10:00 PM and waited for 30 minutes. My husband went inside to inquire about our order and found a bag on the side that they had forgotten to give us. We took it home, only to find that the food was cold. When we tried to call the restaurant, there was no answer. The next day, we tried calling again with no luck, so my husband went back to the store to explain the situation. The assistant manager was rude and unhelpful, claiming that without the food, they couldn't do anything, despite us showing them the receipt. She appeared incompetent and incapable of managing the store.

Shuts at 11, arrived at 10.35 to be told they couldn't cook any more chicken because they would be shut by the time it was done. I said are you sure that's 25 minutes he said I'll ask my manager, manager says no. Joke.
Arrived at 21.05 only the one car in the drive thru . Asked for a bargain bucket meal only to be told a 25 minute wait !!!! No Thankyou !!!
