I tried calling today to speak with a manager but couldn't get through. However, I visited Walk-On's three times last weekend and had the same server, Sonia. I must say, her service was outstanding and truly the best I’ve experienced there—you're so fortunate to have her! This place can never get it together. Food cooked wrong as always, server seemed to be hungover from the weekend and messed up everything, manager give me a whopping 15% off my ticket which was 3 bucks for me waiting a hour to get my food right. Sad. I only give 2 stars cause once they got it right the food was good. View all feedback.
The Coke was flat, the margarita was so watery, the Alfredo was lukewarm and no flavor, prices seemed quite high for the quality.
Amazing staff, especially management, and delicious food!!
Best Louisiana styled food and atmosphere in the city, hands down.
